Dr. Hashim commenced his practice at KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital effective November, 2006. He obtained his M.D., Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium from 1982 until 1990 and M Med (Anaesthesiology), University Kebangsaan Malaysia from 1994 to 1998.
