    In ensuring patient safety, KPJ Hospitals have embarked on many initiatives to improve the Quality of care to customers including the certification of Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH), which is internationally linked to the international Society in health care (ISQua). KPJ hospitals have implemented the integrated management system (IMS) to guarantee high hospitals in group have been accredited by SQH. Meanwhile 4 of this hospitals are accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI).
