Medication Home Delivery (MHD) service
Stay safe at home while avoid the bustling traffic! You may request for your refill medication to be posted to your address via postal service provider. Simply include a valid address when requesting for this service. The tracking number of your parcel will be provided. Do send the request before your medication runs out as MHD service may take a few days to arrive.

Q1: Who can request for this service?
A1: Patients with a valid prescription issued by KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital who require refill of their prescriptions. Patients should be familiar with the usage of their medications.

Send us a picture or scanned copy of your ‘partial supply’ form. You may also need to send a new guarantee letter (if applicable).
Q3: When is this service available?
A3: We will be available from Monday to Friday at 8:30 am to 5:00 pm to process your requests. You may send us a request anytime and we will attend to it once available.
Q4: How can I make payment? How do I request for a new Guarantee Letter (GL)?
A4: We will advise you on the payment instructions once the medication fees are confirmed. Medication can only be collected or delivered once the payment is verified by our cashiers. A receipt can be requested upon payment for the medications.
For those using Guarantee Letter (GL), you may apply online via https://www.kpjhealth.com.my/damansara/gl-application.
Depending on the GL, we may also assist you to request for a new GL.
Q5: Can I refill an expired prescription?
A5: No, you will require a new prescription. Kindly contact your consultant’s clinic for a new prescription. Once we have received the prescription, we will contact you for further action.
Q6: When can I self-pickup my medications after requesting for this service?
A6: We will contact you when the medication is ready to collect. Any arising stock issues or brand changes will also be relayed to you (if applicable).
Q7: Can all my medications be delivered?
A7: As the delivery is made via postal service, certain medications CANNOT be delivered. These include:
- Refrigerated items (e.g., Insulins)
- Dangerous or Psychotropic Drugs
- Specially/freshly prepared medications
- Corrosive or flammable items
- Fragile items
We will contact you to notify if any of your medications cannot be delivered via post.
Q8: Can I choose the timing for medication delivery? How long does it take for the delivery to reach me?
A8: The timing of the delivery is based on a third-party postal service, PosLaju. It takes 2-5 working days for location within Peninsular Malaysia and at least 7 working days for East Malaysia.
Q9: How much is the medication delivery fee?
A9: Currently, delivery of medication is free of charge. Any further changes will be updated here.
Q10: How can I track the delivery of my medication?
A10: We will provide you with the tracking number of the parcel once collected by the postal service staff. You may check on the delivery progress using the tracking number and contact them for assistance.
