    KPJ KLANG SPECIALIST HOSPITAL offers airport and port shuttle services from the place of arrival to the hospital. Patient deciding to travel alone to the hospital may board a taxi from the airport and port.


    Temporary bills are available at the time of patient admission. For the latest billing, you may discuss the payment arrangement with our 'Health Tourism Center' Section Staff. All medical bills must be settled before leaving the KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital. All payments can be made with cash, credit cards, money orders or transfers.

    People going abroad will need money changed to foreign currency and it is quite common to exchange those notes in their own country at a minimum rate. Some may choose to use debit / credit card in their expenses during they travel.


    At KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital, our staff will help assist you to nearby money changer or money exchange service.

    The Patient must apply for a visa extension at least one week before the expiry of the visa date.


    Patients are advised to prepare the required documents before ordering a visa extension schedule within 2-3 days. List of documents includes:


    • Letter from Consultant / Specialist

    • Hospital bill

    • Patient’s passport

    • Fee Payment in Ringgit Malaysia


    Once documents are assembled, our staff will apply for visa extension at the Immigration Department of Malaysia and notify the patient on its progress.
