    Payment Counter Info

    Kindly make your payment or acknowledge your bill (for cases under insurance and guarantee letter) at the payment counter. There are several payment counters available during operating hours and after operating hours. These counters are located as below:

    For Outpatient:

    Payment counter at the Lobby (Level 1, next to Admission Counter)

    Operating Hours:
    Monday – Friday : 8.30am – 5.00pm
    Saturday : 8.30am – 12.30pm
    Sunday & Public Holiday : Closed

    Payment counter at the Express Counter (Level 2 & Level 3)

    Operating Hours:
    Monday – Friday : 8.00am - 4.00pm
    Saturday : 8.00am - 12.00pm
    Sunday & Public Holiday : Closed

    For Inpatient:

    Payment can be made at the Discharge Counter (Lobby)
    Payment counter at the Pharmacy (Lobby)
    Operating Hours: 24 hours

    Upon settling the bill, a discharge slip will be given to you. Please hand over the discharge slip to the nurse at the Nurses Counter and collect your medications, documents, etc.

    Health Insurance Accepted

    Please check with your provider (insurance company) to ensure the bills are covered by your insurance plan.

    Credit Facility

    KPJ Kuching provide credit facility to approved corporate clients. Interested parties are required to complete and submit credit application form to marketing services (marketing@kcsh.kpjhealth.com.my).
