Admission

Upon arrival, you will be referred to our admission counter located at Ground Floor during office hours.

Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 7.00pm

Saturday: 8.00am - 3.00pm

Sunday & Public Holiday: 8.00am - 12.30pm

Admission after office hours will be conducted at the 24 hours Accident & Emergency Department.

MINIMUM ADMISSION DEPOSIT

The minimum deposit for each type of surgical case is stated below for your information:

Discharge

You will be discharged upon your consultant's advice. Check out time is 2.00pm. Any items found broken or missing upon discharge will be charged to your bill accordingly. The bill will be ready within 1-2 hours after the patient has been discharged by the doctor.

* Insurance paying cases is subject to final approval by the insurance company.

Late Charges


Generally, the bill prescribed at discharge will be the final bill. Occasionally however, late charges for items used on the day of discharge may not be included. If this is the case, the hospital will post a final bill indicating the balance on the account.

Cash / Credit Card / Bank Draft.
