DOCUMENTS:
● Identification documents (i.e. IC, Passport, Birth Certificate), Employer's Letter of Guarantee / Health Card of which the company has an account with KPJ Sentosa KL Specialist Hospital.
PERSONAL ITEMS:
● Personal clothing
● Slippers / Toiletries
DEPOSIT:
You will be required to place a deposit upon admission. The deposit amount varies depending on the classification of case and treatment received. Additional deposit will be required when your expenses exceed the initial deposit paid.
VALUABLES:
Patients are advised against bringing and keeping valuables with them whenever in the hospital. The hospital, however shall not be responsible for any lost or damage to property while in our premises.
IDENTIFICATION BRACELET:
You will be given an identification wrist bracelet for identification purpose. Please do not remove this band during your stay in hospital.
MEAL SERVICE:
Meals served to the patient have both local and western cuisine. For any special diet needs, you can inform our nursing staff. If your treatment involves a special therapeutic diet, our hospital dietitian will visit you for dietary counseling. Feel free to consult our Dietitian regarding your special diet.
NURSE CALL
A nurse call bell is located near your bed and the bathroom. Please press the bell if you need any assistance.
HAND PHONE
Hand phones are not allowed within the hospital premises where there is high frequency electronic equipment as they will interfere with the equipment.
PARKING
Parking is available at the basement of the hospital building.
