Admission & Discharge

Registration

Your admission is usually arranged by the attending consultant in advance and a letter of admission is given for you to be admitted on a pre-arranged day. This does not apply to emergency or casualty admissions. Those in labor will be admitted at any time of the day or night. If you have arranged your admission in advance, please bring along your letter of admission to the admission office at the re-arranged time. Our friendly staff will assist you with the admission procedure.

Patient are required to top up the deposits within 24 hours should the amount is insufficient to cover the current charges.

Pre-Surgery Admission

In-patient and out-patient are required to register their admission for procedure and/or surgery with the Referral Letter and/or Admission Letter from their attending consultants at the Admission Counter.

Discharge Procedure

You will be discharged upon the consultant's advice. Your nurse will present you with your outpatient appointment card. You will be able to settle your bill at the cashier's counter on the first floor.
