2-     The package is not refundable.  

3-     The package is not transferable.

4-     The package fee is not permitted to offset other payment / treatments.    

5-     Other clinical procedures / referral to other specialists / medical disposables / medication/ lab tests / radiological investigations / rehabilitation equipment are excluded
