Dr Husna Musa obtained her medical degree from the University of Cyberjaya in 2010. She completed her housemanship at Universiti Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC), where she built a strong foundation in clinical medicine across a range of disciplines.

She went on to undertake her paediatric training at several key centres in Malaysia, including Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II, Hospital Serdang, the Paediatric Institute Kuala Lumpur, and UMMC. This wide-ranging experience exposed her to both general paediatrics and complex tertiary cases, shaping her clinical expertise and fostering her interest in paediatric neurology. She later completed her fellowship in paediatric neurology, with training at Hospital Tunku Azizah, and further expanded her expertise as a clinical trials and paediatric neurology fellow at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London.

Currently, Dr Husna serves as a Consultant Paediatrician and Paediatric Neurologist, as well as a Clinical Lecturer at Universiti Putra Malaysia. She has extensive experience managing a broad spectrum of neurological conditions in children, with particular interests in child neurodevelopment, epilepsy, headache, and neuroinflammatory disorders. Committed to holistic, evidence-based care, she is equally dedicated to medical education, research, and community engagement, with a strong emphasis on empowering patients and families to play an active role in their child’s healthcare journey.
