Dr. Noor's interest in obstetrics began long before she pursued a career in medicine. She completed her undergraduate studies at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1991 and became a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology in 2002. 

With over 30 years of combined experience serving in both the government and private sectors, Dr. Noor is active in providing the utmost care and services for future mothers. Described as a motherly figure by many of her patients (#FromMothertoMother), Dr. Noor stands by her principle that each expectant mother requires a special, customised touch for their ease of labour.
