Dr Wong Yen Shen is a Respiratory Physician with subspecialty interests in Interventional Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine. He obtained his medical degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and completed his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine with Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), United Kingdom.

Dr Wong underwent advanced training in Interventional Pulmonology at international centres including China Medical University Hospital, Taiwan, and the National Cancer Center Japan, focusing on advanced bronchoscopy techniques such as radial and linear EBUS and cryobiopsy.

Dr Wong also underwent clinical attachment in Singapore General Hospital for Sleep Medicine training. He holds multiple international certifications in Sleep Medicine including World Sleep Society International Sleep Disorders Specialist (WSS), Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), Certification in Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH), Pediatric Sleep Certificate, and European Sleep Research Society (ESRS) Somnologist certification. His clinical interests include obstructive sleep apnea, and non-invasive ventilation, lung cancer diagnosis, airway diseases and pleural diseases,

Dr Wong is a medical lecturer and actively involved in research, teaching, and international respiratory conferences, and has received several awards for his work in respiratory and interventional pulmonology.
